RESULTS ONLY!!!

So I am starting a weight loss campaign.
It's called:

RESULTS ONLY!

I want to keep people motivated to keep seeing those results and keep pushing until you see the results you want. And what do people want?! RESULTS ONLY!!
That is what keeps people going as well.
I know that is what keeps me going. FO SHO!
I've still been doing the Squat Challenge and the whole C25K program, and the ab/plank challenge. I am not doing the Burpee challenge I said that I was going to do because my body is not strong enough to handle all of that yet.
BUT!!!!!
I'm already seeing results.
I've been working out for about 18 days now, and here is my results so far:

You can really tell that my butt has lifted :)
Talk about Ms New Booty ;)



Now I know I said that I was not going to do any before pics, but I did them anyways ahaha.
I want to see RESULTS ONLY!!!

And just a bit of a recap of my week.
My son's bday was earlier this week, today is my mom's bday, and next week is my Tio's bday...You know what that means...I'm broke and that is not a joke. :(
I had a movie date with my princess last night for an early presentation of Man of Steel in 3D.
WATCH IT. YOUR WELCOME.
I want my kiddos to be comic nerds!! Is that bad? I don't know if it is, but oh well. I wish I could go to comic con!!!My bro taught me well ;)



 

Well I have to finish working to survive all these damn bdays, and still have money left over to feed my kids something other than cereal, and peanut butter sandwiches.

RANDOM POST!!!

So last time I checked in I told you divas about the squat challenge I am currently doing.
I've been doing fairly well with it until this past weekend, when my body decided to kill itself from the inside out.
There was puke EVERYWHERE.
I hate the summers here in AZ.
I get really sick from all the dust and dryness that happens during this time of year.
So I was having a hard time breathing which meant I could hardly eat and I lost 3 pounds, wish it was more, but this fat girl will take what she can get.
Also anything I did eat came up as green acidy looking stuff.
I know I know. TMI, but when your a mom, none of that shit grosses you out anymore.
Well at least for me.
So I was soooo weak that I couldn't even get up.
So I was a LAZY ASS BUM for the weekend.
I even took a 6 hour nap...
UGH...SAY WHAT?!
I have sleeping issues. Like MAJOR sleeping issues, to the point where my doc tells me to take sleeping pills and quite a few of them to try to stay asleep for the 5-6 hours of sleep I get per day.
I REALLY need to do a sleep study but ain't no one got time fo' that!
Also I didn't work at my 2nd job this past weekend.
Which was the best gift I could receive. :D
I HATE MY 2ND JOB WITH MY ENTIRE BEING!!
So I didn't go into work there, and it made me happy!!! :)
So by Sunday I was feeling a bit better, thank baby Jesus!
I did some laundry and started going through toys, because it's unnatural on how many toys my children hoard. They are hoarders just like their mama. It's just it's not the TLC Hoarders level. OH HELL TO THE NO.
I have to start going through things because come September, our lease is up, and it's still hot as hell outside so I will not be moving extra boxes for no good reason. Now if I were able to hire firefighters between the ages 21-29 who prefer to work shirtless and have a washboard for abs, then I would have about 1,000 boxes to move, that way I could sit back with a Mike's Hard Lemonade in hand and enjoy my amazing view. But that shit ain't happening, so I have to have as little as possible.
As many times as I have moved, I never had anyone help me move.
I move all my furniture by myself.
And yes, eventually there is a lot of broken shit from it, but I don't care. It is what it is.
So back to me getting better, so since I couldn't stand or anything for about 3 days, and the last time I did squats I did 90 of them. Last night I got my ass up and push out 120 squats.
My legs were shaking soooo bad. Feel that pain you damn thunder thighs, feel the pain!!!
Tonight I am doing 130 squats plus a burpee, ab and plank challenge. FML.
I want muscles and I don't want to lose my curves.
I love my curves. Just not the rolls ;)

Squat Challenge

HELLO DIVAS!!!
How has everyone been?!
Sorry for the MIA business, I know I know, no bueno.
I've had a lot of things going on, I am still trying to catch up.

Well first, my princess is out of school!!
I can't believe that she'll be 2nd grade this fall.
Holy crapola! She is getting soooo big!! :((((((
We've started this whole "orange" thing and it's the cutest idea that she has had yet. JK. All her ideas are super cute!!!
So I call her "orange" and then when I see her, I say "It's orange time!!" and grab her up in my arms, and say "It's time to squeeze the orange!!". And I squeeze the crap out of my child. And she is just cracking up. Gosh I love to hear her little giggle that she has now. She is really growing up, and I am sooo grateful I get to spend everyday with her.

And then my not so little little man is turning 4!!!
Where is all this time going, and where are all my babies going?!?!
I have a cute little bday party planned for him, and I can't wait!
My princess has been helping me with some details.
I love how she and her little brother get together and "plan" his party.
He is doing really well with language and understand the importance of sharing, respecting, and really grasping the take care of your shit or else it get broke thing. HAPPY MAMA!!!

I'm REALLY trying to focus more on how my kids are reacting because they are getting to the age of where we can start traveling and start taking care of yourself (all simple tasks). And I am seeing huge growth!! I am truly proud of my kiddos and proud of myself as a Single Mama :)

Which brings me to my next topic.
I've been promoted at my job.
To a wonderful position that I've been working towards for months!
And I got it!!! :)
It truly feels amazing to see hard work pay off!

And now on to the title of this post.

SQUAT CHALLENGE



That is a beast!!!
I'm on day 6 and I can already tell a difference.
Holy ballsack!!
One day 1 I couldn't even get to 10 squats without stopping, now I can go up to 12.
Which is not a lot to most but it speaks a lot to me!
And I am so proud of the progress!
No, I didn't take any "before" pics because I don't even want to see that shit, but I did take measurements, which is all I need :)

And then today I am starting the C25K program, which will get my running back to where it needs to be.
I am doing this because in November, I am doing a Zombie Run! I am VERY excited about it!
And what is even better is that the run is on my bday, so therefore it is ok if I wear a tiara in the run ;)

Well my hookstars, I have to go back to the whole work-or-you-starve mood.
